Just after sunrise on a warm summer morning, Rehoboth Beach was still untouched by the day's crowds. At North Shores, the lifeguards prepped their stand while the beach crew finished setting up a clean, deliberate line of ocean-blue umbrellas, stretching toward the surf like a compass pointing due east. From above, the symmetry and stillness revealed something easy to miss at ground level—a rhythm and order to the coast that's quickly swallowed once the day begins.
"Coastal Routine" honors the precision behind the scenes of a summer beach day—the early risers who shape the shoreline before anyone else arrives. It's a snapshot of tradition, care, and the quiet moments that often go unnoticed.
